Clear pores and what do i do with my acne breaking out

Bacteria that typically live on the skin are a contributor to acne. The bacteria known as P. acne are responsible for causing acne. These bacteria produce chemicals that alter the composition of the oil, create enzymes that dissolve the oil in the skin, and irritate the skin causing inflammation.
Acne is a very common problem faced by our society today, it starts showing during our early years and it lasts all the way into adulthood, this means that this skin problem is not exclusively seen in teenagers but in adults as well. There are many factors attributed to be the causes of acne however they haven't been 100% proven, the factor that provides the right conditions for acne flair ups to occur is a change in hormonal activity. During puberty it is very common for hormones to go wild and cause all sorts of changes in our body, including the undesirable acne. In adults the same principle holds true but this problem is mostly seen in women who are going through their period, those who use a certain brand of cosmetics or those taking birth control pills.
Back acne forms on the back and buttocks of people from 10 years old to around 40, and it is likely that it is exacerbated by excessive sweating during athletic activity and the abrasion of tight clothing against the back. Pustules are formed if the pore blockage is close to the surface of the skin, but if it is deeper, then a papule in the form of an inflamed lump can form. This papule has no white head, since the pus will be deeper in the skin, and scratching or squeezing it can cause extensive scarring.
